Hi,

in the first hand the player on the "flush draw" also had an OESD alomgside his 2nd nut flush draw. I doubt you could have got him off that hand unless his internet connection went down! On the flop he had more outs than you, (although the Qd would have given him the flush it would have your other opponent the best hand with Q's full), and once he raised he was completely pot committed having only 6bb behind.

In the 2nd hand you could have re-raised pre flop but given the pre-flop action I would probably have shoved the flop too. You couldn't put him on a 2 and if he has 10 10 well thats poker. Other than that there are only AA. KK. and QQ for you to worry about and given the history I think you have the best hand often enough. He got lucky on the river (although he did have quite a few outs and at a rough guess he is getting about 2.5:1 with 2 cards to come so should call your bet).

It seems to me that the hands more or less played themselves - you got all your chips in when you were ahead and at the end of the day you can't ask for much more than that.

Hope this isn't too long - bear in mind this is all just IMHO (and as such could be completely wrong) and I am sure others will comment also.

Cheers

PS: I would suggest just posting 1 hand per thread in future.

Hi,

glad I was able to be of some help.

Well done on the 2nd place, and good luck in the future.

#1

raise preflop !!!! you cant limp TT in your position, thats far too weak !!!
never do that. TT is a good hand headsup but it loses alot of value in a multiway pot.
so you limp for set value here which pretty much sucks like hell.

the KdJd player did nothing wrong. he cant put you on a set, and he has an OESD + FD so he has tons of outs. i`d get it in in his position as well on the flop.

#2

your play looks good here with JJ.
his play. betting so big on the flop is not a very good move, BUT
look at the odds.

after you all in there is ~23500 in the pot and he has to call 11000 so he gets 2:1 odds.
which means he has to win around 33% of the time to break even.
with a FD and an overcard thats just what he needs to make the call good.
nothing wring for him to call here :(
