Hi, is there any good tutorial on setting up custom PT3 hud? I understand how to do it, but I have no idea about which stats I should better include there, how I should layout them and use color ranges.

This is one of those weird things ... there are no longer PokerStrategy.com articles or videos on this, but also we can't post the links to them because those sites compete with PokerStrategy.com
You need to post this question on the official PokerTracker 3 forums so you can get a more complete answer.
Otherwise the default hud is pretty good if you are just starting out. If you want faster access to a stat than the pop-ups provide then you might add it to your main hud.
