I am getting fed up now!. 
I cannot see or download ANY video on any of my pc's on any os. It has been like this for about 3 weeks. I can watch the first 4 min by loggin out and watching as a guess but I cannot whatch the whole video.
I have emailed support and they told me they had some problem. Never to be heard of again. I have posted in this threat and after some promises it just went dead.
I AM HERE FOR THE VIDEOS NOTHING ELS AND I THAT FAILS I WILL LEAVE.

just try those options:
- up your cache in browser options to 200 MB
- empty your cache (CTRL+ALT+R in Firefox)
- Wait
- test another browser
- newest version of Flashplayer
If you do all of the above it should work

hi, i have facing the same problem as all of the peeps here. followed Clemens intructions, however still unable to view any videos except the ones uploaded on youtube videos.

tried firefox, tried internet explorer, tried safari. all cant seem to work... or it just takes forever to load?? hmm IP problem?? sucks
would seriously appreciate any help given here. have sent a ticket to customer service but was referred back to the forums as supposedly moderators have more knowledge in this aspect. thanks

Hi,
IT is still working on it. They think they found the main issue which creates problems for some users watching videos in full length.
I can´t give you a deadline atm when this will be fixed

i toke my laptop to coffe place, they had free net cnx there, nd it works! but when i come back home to my original cnx it donest work!

I´m glad that I can give you a positive update today:
There will be an optimized video player, which goes online on 8th April.
The problem, that some users are not able to watch videos at all belongs to changing IP addresses. Also this problem will be solved by our IT after the 8th April.
I thank everybody for his patience! Please accept my apologies for the actual situation!
