Hi!

Without any reads this is way too tight.I would fold this only if they were really passive and I would never seen them bluff over decent sample. Against unknowns.

Problem is that BB can raise a lot here(any 8x,Kx, pockets and even some pure bluffs as board is really dry),COs range is tighter but still I see him 3beting any Kx.Of course they may have 33,88,K8 but flop action does not represent that much as turn would.
You must at least call here an reevaluate on the turn(you can fold to further raising wars otherwise at least calldown)
