After this hand I stop immediately, didn't even wait for blinds... After I calm down I opened hand and only word that I found to describe my play is IDIOT! 
It happens with me from time to time and even I work on my game, watch videos, make notes, label bad players etc, I give away money in such a stupid way....
Someone knows how to correct this?
