So I wanted to ask, does someone acts fast and without thinking when running bad.

$0.05/$0.10 No Limit Holdem
6 Players
Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

Stacks:
Hero (UTG) ($11.46)
UTG+1 ($4.44)
CO ($1.78)
BTN ($21.89)
SB ($13.52)
BB ($11.98)

Pre-Flop: ($0.15, 6 players) Hero is UTG Q♦ K♦
Hero raises to $0.40, 4 folds, BB calls $0.30

Flop: J♠ A♠ 4♠ ($0.85, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: 4♥ ($0.85, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.60, BB calls $0.60

River: 10:club: ($2.05, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.60, BB raises to $3.20, Hero goes all-in $10.46, BB calls $7.26

Final Pot: $24.57
BB shows (Full house fours full of aces)
4♦ A♦
Hero shows (Straight ten to ace)
Q♦ K♦

BB wins $21.83 (net +$10.37)

Hero lost $11.46

After this hand I stop immediately, didn't even wait for blinds... After I calm down I opened hand and only word that I found to describe my play is IDIOT! :(

It happens with me from time to time and even I work on my game, watch videos, make notes, label bad players etc, I give away money in such a stupid way....

Someone knows how to correct this?

try making a rule for yourself to not act until the timer is halfway through or something like that

this gives you time to realise something new about the hand and it stops your opponents to be able to read the strength of your hand through speed of action

Thank you for answer! I'll try it.
