i think ur open raise is small, but if 3k was standard open raise at ur table than i think is ok (i'll open it 3400 btw)
on flop looks prety standard, u can bet little bigger like 8k but with ur bet size u can make impression to BB(Mr. big stack) that he have FEQ and he might shove draws, 1 pair hands and some random bluffs which is ok for u
so vs agresiv oponents i like ur bet size, vs pasiv i'll bet biger and get it in on any turn

Openshove eights there with ~10bbs and M5. You cant cbet/fold on any flop. You cant open/fold pre, you cant fold pre so ship it, easy game:)

Your M is just around 5 and so you should prefer push or fold instead of raising.
And your hand is strong enough for the push so the best way is just doing it and hope for folds of the following players!
