Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

2 folds, Hero raises to $0.12, BU calls $0.12, SB folds, BB calls $0.08.

Flop: ($0.38) 4:c, 2:h, 5:d (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.20, BU calls $0.20, BB folds.

Turn: ($0.78) 3:h (2 players)
Hero bets $0.44, BU calls $0.44.

River: ($1.66) 8:c (2 players)
Hero bets $0.50, BU raises to $2.00, Hero folds, BU gets uncalled bet back.

Yeah standard is to bet/fold river. But I would make it a bit bigger, both for value and so you don't induce raises if villian is aggressive.

This. A good chance villain will show you some floated A-high or stuff like 65 when he raises, but on the off-chance he has some lower overpair you still want to bet more than half pot for value in the first place.
