No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (8 handed)

MP2 ($49.50)
CO ($18.95)
Button ($19.55)
SB ($49.50)
BB ($55.50)
Hero ($10)
UTG+1 ($31)
MP1 ($51.25)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J♥, J♠.
Hero raises to $2, 1 fold, MP1 calls $2, 5 folds.

Flop: ($4.75) Q♠, J♣, T♦ (2 players)
Hero bets $3, MP1 calls $3.

Turn: ($10.75) K♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, MP1 checks.

River: ($10.75) 8♦ (2 players)
Hero bets $5 (All-In), MP1 folds.

Final Pot: $5.75

It turned out OK, but I'm wondering if I should have pushed the turn? As played, I think the river push may be a bad idea since any A or any 9 beats me...

Hmm tough. I guess I push OOP here with my 10 Outs to improve, instead to give my Opponent the chance to bluff me off that Pot.

So either to decide to push on the Turn or give up the hand. I prefer pushing.

My plan on the turn was check/call, but I agree with you that push is probably better.

You can not call, you never know if you´re behind or bluffed, so decide if you want to risk it and push yourself or give up the hand.

At the time I was thinking that check/call might save me a little money if he had the straight, but in hindsight I knew it was a bad idea.
