What are best books for tornaments, from basics to advanced strategy.

I'd recommend Kill Everyone by Lee Nelson, Tysen Streib and Kim Lee. It's based around SnG concepts but it has helped me make a very big leap in playing MTTs.

I second kill everyone. I'm only like 1/3rd of the way through but it does seem really good.

I suppose harrington etc. and some of the "old school" books are also worth looking at - although if you have to choose one I would read kill everyone.


are there any books that focus on internet tournaments?

I think...those books just have helped in building the knowledge foundations only...

Well...practise makes perfect...i still agree with this,...


Sit & Go Strategy - Collin Moshman


Eric Lynch, Jon Van Fleet & Jon Turner - Winning Poker Tournaments - One hand At A Time is really good imo and it focuses on online tourneys
