We recieve 10$ cash when our referal earn 15 SP points.So the 10$ will get added in my account or I can't withdraw it.Is possible to play in tables with that referal cash earned.Can anyone tell.

You need to accumulate $50 in your TAF balance before requesting a withdrawal. Full details are in the following link and it's sub-menus.
