Pretty strong line from villain. I don't think he can value bet a worse hand than yours. You basically have a bluff catcher, I'd say.

Since you have Tx in your hand I think you can never fold river, since he can take that line sometimes with draws that all missed, sometimes weaker Tx hands and sometimes just turns his middle pp into bluff (although that doesn not happen very often)
So i´d call him down
