I requested 60$ to my Moneybookers account a lil while ago but i need to cancel it because they have informed me that my account contained information that was not mine and therefore it was closed.
The money was not yet in the account and they said i should talk to PokerStrategy to request a cancelation.
I've already made a ticket but it's been some hours and nobody answered. I figured i should make this thread as well because i really don't want that money sent to a closed account.
Why is it closed? I used my brothers name - short version.
What i want?
Cancel the payout to that e-mail adress and re-route it to another valid Moneybookers account which i will specify.
