You'd raise here w/ AJ as well, after the limper, right? So you still fold to a less-than-min 3bet? I think I remember chenny8888 saying that for him min bets are the same as checks.

im raising to 120 but yes definitely raising.

yeah didnt notice it was a min-3bet... you sort of have to call getting more than 4:1 but if you hit an Ace you have on idea if its good, if you hit a J you have no idea if its good.... so folding is fine.

lol dude seriously. This is a minraise, not a minbet. What chenny means is when you raise pre and the pot 300 and that guy donks 30 chips.

I'd just fold to the 3bet. No point in playing AJ in a sandwiched position against a range that crushes you. Not even if you get good odds, you'll be in a world of trouble. Oh and raise to 120 is perfectly fine, no need to bloat the pot.

same for me (fold pre). and i do it even if the pot is unopened (especially in the first levels of an sng)... would you consider it a nitty leak?

It's a leak imo unless you're horribly bad post flop or something ;-). The reason why I like isoraising the limper is because mostly limpers are bad and passive and playing such a guy in position is always nice.

Fold AJo after a limper? Come on guys...
Punish him and raise to 120, then fold to the 3bet. Doesn't matter how good odds you get, you need to jacks on the flop to be sure about where you stand.
