There are always SuperNovas grinding the upper steps at Stars... For a 7.5$ investment you can gain lots of fpps because when you lose you don't necessarily lose but drop down to lower steps and move up again on the same 7.5$ investment.
For cash games I can't say cause I don't play cash..
If you wanna grind hard then go with DoNs. DoNs are easier to play and variance is less than any type of game.. You can also play NL200 or NL400 and become SNE.
