CO can't really fold to a minraise on the flop, but the fact that he only called your cbet on this board in a multi-way pot looks like a draw. On the turn you have about $60 in a $100 pot, so ship the turn imo.

I think the money should go in on the flop, if you want to play it. Your hand isn't going to get any stronger, so don't call the minraise AI, push your chips in and try to get rid of CO.

Either that, or cbet less and fold when the action comes behind you.

As played, I agree that you should shove the turn, it is a blank.

I thought you can't reraise incomplete raises? Or is that dependent on the poker room?

if you want you can wait for safe turn card to shove all-in
Then all the combo draws has lower equity to your overpair.
But against middlestacks I´d likely just shove on the flop
Co would call with worse hands or if he folds 6x or flushdraw then you also gain a lot of equity
