1. Is it the same thing www.pacificpoker.com and www.888.com? web pages are different...
2. Can I register ar PS user and collect PS points and in the same time use the special offer for free PT3 licence http://promo.888.com/pokertracker/ ? I think not. but I want confirmation before I do something.

Yes, these are now the same company, I think there was a merger between the two or a rebranding. I hold a very old Pacific account which is now rebranded 888.
Unfortunately, but of course understandably, you are only able to accept just 1 sign up promotion. You would need to choose between the two.
You would of course need your account to be tracked to PokerStrategy to qualify for PokerStrategy points and any additional promotions that we run from time to time.
