Hey all! This is very likely gonna sound like a dumb question, but I'm gonna go ahead and ask anyway. I recently registered with FullTilt and every friday I'm getting small amounts of cash from the account pokerstrategy56. I just wondered if that was rake back money and how do I go about querying it if I think it's wrong. I'm currently playing £11+1 turbo sngs and have paid at least $80 in rake in within the last week, but only received $3.51 Friday just gone.

there is always a week delay on it or something

You have to also remember that any bonus (such as a first deposit bonus) you clear is also deducted from your rake for rakeback purposes. Please see:
