It's rather a way ahead/way behind situation. If UTG+1 wasn't very loose before he isn't loose now. I guess a cbet makes sense, but on this limit after villain calls cbet on A-hi board in a 3bet pot he has the ace 80% of the times. I would c/f after flop.

Agreed, just check/fold the river it's too thin against people who are usually playing a lot of Ax hands. You're not getting bluffed there often at all, I wouldn't worry about having to check/fold.
