anyone else having a problem downloading the software?
I got the email saying that im elagible for the 2nd starting capital but for some reason everytime i try to download the software it just says: Installation failed,
after its downloaded the first decks.bmp?

I just tried it and downloaded the software and installed it correctly. Do you still have problems with the installation?

Same problem here, win7, installer from official website, always cancels at startup. Any solutions yet?

Have you tried to contact 888poker customer support about this? Maybe they have a solution?
I just checked on the internet and it seems that many ppl experiencing this issue when downloading latest version windows.
