Look up if MP1 is playing eleventy tables, which if he is you should probably be very sad and just fold as he'll show you a set almost all the time. If he's not then it's possible he's doing that with bluffs as well as worse pairs and of course monsters, and since you have no way of weighting that range based on reads, you should usually just fallback on the maths. It's way harder for an unknown to have a set there than it is for people at nl2 to just overplay Qx or randomly spazz out with air, so you should plan on not folding and either going for a 3-bet/call or just call the flop and check/jam the turn.
