How should i play here raise on flop or raise on turn?

you missed out value on the flop.

a general rule: with a strong hand being out of position and being multiway on a drawheavy board, you should never slowplay. what if Mp3 was willing to 3bet to your checkraise. you have to checkraise the flop immidiately to induce more action to come over the top with a cap. turn cap is fine but after mp3 raised the river, he will too often have the flush. bet/call river.
