What we should do on river? I think after my bet there is no fold, but was it really needed or it's meaningless

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $0.10(BB) Replayer
Hero ($10.15)
BB ($23.95)
UTG ($4.02)
CO ($10)
BTN ($10.39) 25/5/1.3/36

Dealt to Hero Q♥ A♣

fold, fold, BTN raises to $0.40, Hero calls $0.35, fold

FLOP ($0.90) J♦ 4♦ A♦

Hero bets $0.60, BTN calls $0.60

TURN ($2.10) J♦ 4♦ A♦ 5♠

Hero bets $1.30, BTN raises to $2.60, Hero calls $1.30

RIVER ($7.30) J♦ 4♦ A♦ 5♠ Q♠

unless you have some kind of reason do think that players can raise there with flushdraw I think turn is b/f. I would likely also c/c turn, since I have hand that has showdown value and at the same time I don´t have to b/f turn.
Since his raising range on the turn is mostly either flush or bluff I think I´d c/c river, since b/c seems a little too thin
