Hero (UTG): $5.09
MP: $14.61
CO: $2.35
BTN: $3.73
SB: $3.68 - Fish
BB: $5.30 vp: 20 pr: 13 AFq: 0 - only 13 hands

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is UTG with T  A
Hero raises to $0.20, 3 folds, SB calls $0.18, BB calls $0.15

Flop: ($0.60) 9  4  2 :club: (3 players)
SB bets $0.10, BB calls $0.10, Hero calls $0.10

Turn: ($0.90) A :spade: (3 players)
SB bets $0.15, BB calls $0.15, Hero raises to $0.80, SB folds, BB calls $0.65

River: ($2.65) 5 :spade: (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Not sure if i should re raise flop but had no idea what the SB was min donking with and wanted to keep him in the hand so I opted to call. After the BB calls again on the turn I think he has a draw too. I raise here to try and build the pot and get value from his draw. On the river I check behind because I put him on a draw so I don't see him calling. If he didn't have a draw I don't think he is calling much worse after i re raise the ace on the river. His Afq of 0 also made me think there was a small chance of him having a set or maybe he was bad enough to call the turn with 23 hearts etc.

Since you have monster draw , but only A high, I´d prefer raising flop to 0.6$ to either take down pot or if get called then don´t have to worry about that he´d bet again into me on the turn
turn raise is fine, but I´d valuebet river. Since you didn´t raise flop, he can easily have there worse Ax hand that would c/c
