I think you could bet $5 on the flop but $4.10 is okay too - it still allows you to get all in comfortably by the River. I don't think hands that call us for $4 fold if we bet $5, so doesn't make much difference.

Turn is quite close. Once we bet, we commit ourselves since against {TT+, 55, 22, AQs} we have about 22% equity and we need only about 19%.

Therefore, since we can't bet/fold we should either:
a) shove, for maximum fold equity (because that way he may be able to fold hands like TT, which would be a great result), or
b) check/fold.

I marginally prefer a).

I think you can´t get away your overcards and K high flushdraw so I´d likely just shove turn to have bigger fold equity against his made hands
it really sucks when he calls turn and you don´t hit your hand on the river. You don´t have enough fold equity if you then shove river and likely don´t have good enough hand to c/c
