How many hands?
I think our hand is too strong to just fold + the flop is pretty drawy...

I would likely call, check to him on turn and then either chk/R or fold depending on the turn card and his action.

Something about 1K hands. Winning reg playing also HU. Last time he raised my flop cbet he had 9T on Ah9h2 flop.

i think its easy 3b given this read. We can call but i dont like it here while there some draws and we r op and also cos he can shown up with med hand.

The fact that he raises those hands on the flop might be a reason to actually call his raise even OOP.
That is, because he is obviously turning it into a bluff, so he will fold to a 3bet but probably follow through once we check the turn to him.

Still, with a read from only one hand I'd 3bet this all day long vs an aggro reg.
He can even show up with KQ or maybe even QJ with which he feels committed since we can easily have a lot of draws.

I don't like the call OOP because we're OOP and there are a ton of scarecards, every K, J, T (given the read), 9, 8 and any  are hard to continue on - half the deck!

yeah that exactly what i meant.
If he shows a lot bluffing with pure air and if spot would be more safe call is actually better. But the fact that he could have med hands (and also KQ) and the fact that board is ugly as hell and we oop makes me hate calling here.
