Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]MP2$36.20:///////;MP3 (Hero)$29.40:///////;CO$40.40:///////;BU$41.05:///////;SB$19.00:///////;BB$25.00:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with T:h, A:h.
MP2 calls $0.50, Hero raises to $2.00, 3 folds, BB calls $1.50, MP2 calls $1.50.

Flop: ($6.25) 7:s, 5:h, A:d (3 players)
BB bets $1.50, MP2 raises to $4.50, Hero calls $4.50, BB raises to $23.00, MP2 folds, Hero folds, BB gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $15.25.

BB is probbably reg with stats 6/6/AFq 0 over 19 hands
MP2 is probbably agro fish with 74/26/AFq 47 over 19 hands

Should I just fold it to original raise from MP2? This spot is ugly but I dont get it why BB with set or better A would be so aggresive without preflop initiative. MP2 looks like some A7 A5 hand and then he folds which I dont think he would do with 2pair

I think it is fine
MP2 is raising there all sort of junk and ATs is definitely ahead his range and likely you don´t want to get all-in there against BB range so calling flop and then deciding on the turn is fine plan
Once BB 3-bets I think he mostly has there set so fold is fine
