I think once he check calls the flop then check raises turn at this limit its nearly always a set. I'd bet fold the turn.

Hi,

Bet more on the flop, bet more on the turn, lot of value to be had from worse pairs and random draws.

As played when he raises the turn, judgment call. Either you think he's capable of check/raising combodraws like QJ or KdQd for no good reason, in which case just shove over and get it over with, or you don't and you're so behind that you're better off folding. I'd probably shove it in on that board by default if I've seen him be aggressive at all before, the 8d turn just brings in too many combodraws.
