And how do you know how much of the 100 dollar you have received? live support doesn't seem to be able to help me
If it's at FTP then look in your cashier and you'll see the bonus button, click on it and you'll all the details you're looking for.

i am with the same problem at pacific, they told me i should receive the 10% at mondays with no minimum value (they did not refer the $5 minimum).
but i havent received anything so far.
