I've also received confirmation for starting capital.
Still waiting money. But I've made deposit too.
Suggestion: wait. If takes to long write for support.

When did you register? It usually takes 2-3 business days so weekends don't count to that.
Also note that the bonus is released in chunks of 8$, that includes 1$ cash and 7$ tournament tickets.
