Checking behind is ok. Villain can have some better hands that he slowplayed. If you bet, I doubt you will get calls from weaker hands.

what about queens and kings? would he call as they are in his top range? there are only 4 combos of JJ and TT, I doubt he has Tx or 99 that continues to river

Kings villain should definitely 4bet pre flop so I don't think there is many combos of that. QQ villain might be able to fold OTR since your line is super strong and he is often losing or only splitting it.

We can add some of those hands in villains river calling range but I think you will very often face slowplayed nuts or get a fold.

XB is OK here IMO. Villain would indeed show more strength with premium pp preflop..
