He cannot have set, two pair or straight on the river , so maybe it is a good card to shove on the river. Besides he can only call river with just a very few combos.
What do you think?

I think I would just give up. I think his range is actually very strong for the most part otr. Weakest hands I could see him calling with OTT would be like 88-JJ and maybe occasionally some weaker 7x (A7s, K7s, 76s-87s, 97s), but more often than not I would absolutely expect the average reg to fold those. Then he also has the sets, and strong pairs (KK-AA), Q9hh-AQhh. I don't agree with you that he never has any sets here. In fact I think he has them fairly often since he wants to encourge the fish to come along with a wide range, and that goes for preflop too which is why I think he will often flat most of his strong pairs.

This is the worst hand to bluff with.

U block so many combos of hands from his range which would fold to a bet on the river.

And anyone who is decent will snap u off with his capped range on this runout. U should really restrain yourself from bluffing blank rivers on twotone runouts cos people just call down really light jn general (rigtfully so cos u dont need the villain to bluff that often as he just has way too many combos of busted draws)
