I'm not sure what the problem is. I just tried Mozilla and Chrome under Win10 and both worked fine under HTML5 and Flash.

The only thing I could suggest at the moment is to ensure that both Windows and the browsers are fully updated,

Hi JackieHoo, there are not country restrictions applied on our side (maybe they are by your ISP). Could you please post a screenshot showing the issue you are having?

Today ,I changed another computer in another place which can't open it either.

Maybe ,in my opinion, we have to use VPN for seeing the video.

Due to forum bug ,I can't post IMG here or at zh.poker25.com (chinese version) ,I also read someone in China gave feedback that they can't see video (no one cares about Chinese Forum ,full with advertisement) . And do you have any email for feedback ,I could send it with my email for shoing the status.

If all Chinese can't see the video (even it is English version), how we feel difference when we are achieving in different levels) ,awaiting your comments.

hi,both tried, it seems all Chinese can't see all the video for long time.

Looks like your Internet Service Provider is blocking the video players. I don't think we can do anything with that
