Should we not be proactively informed of terms like below when signing up?
(Bound to a Lifetime Affiliation when signing up)

This site is rarely upated, contains expired poker room info as far back as 2019 and adds limited value overall in comparison,

So now I found out we have a lifetime affiliation that cannot be removed and wasn't informed prior?

" Dear shantri333,

thanks for your message.

It is not possible to change your tracking in poker rooms after registration.

If you want your PokerStrategy.com account deactivated, please confirm this decision and we'll proceed with this request.

Kind regards,
zBender

Hi shantri333,
I was about to suggest that you contact customer service, but it appears you've already done so.

I also noticed that there was a duplicate of this post in Q&A, so I removed it.

You may already be aware that the restriction about re-tracking accounts comes from the poker rooms.

Best Regards,
VS

I's always been the same and as above says this is the rule of the poker sites not the affiliates. There are some things you can do depending on what poker site your with you can contact the poker sites support explain your circumstance and ask to have the poker account closed so you can re open a new account under a new affiliate maybe thats possible. If your account has been inactive for a prolonged time period it might be possible to change affiliate. And you can ask for an account to be re tracked to another affiliate.Or you can look to see if that site has any other skins on the platform and join another skin if you can get the deal you want. There isn't much else you can do if the poker site cant or wont accommodate you with any of those solutions. But its not like pokerstrategy is a poor affiliate that isnt offering good bonuses and deals for the sites on offer. gl.
