Do the videos stutter on your PC or laptop? Maybe this is happening because I'm using my cell phone? I hope when I pay for my status upgrade that this doesn't happen.

I'd suggest that you use your PC/Laptop. Cell phones usually provide the worst quality for videos regardless if you're using the iPhone 9+ ...I use my laptop and the videos don't stutter.
