Is it possible to add in videos filter (search) check box to not show videos marked as viewed?

no, but you can
1) search for whatever you want to search
2) then click on sort by viewed/not viewed
as a result you'll have the videos sorted by either viewed or unviewed videos.

That just sorts by the number of times the video has been viewed, not by whether you've viewed the video or not.
If I sort by viewed/not viewed original chronological order is lost. I would like to only filter out viewed vids.

Ahhh... You are right! I missed that somehow...
If you sort by date, then by viewed it kind of works... it seems to return 2 groups (one viewed and one not viewed) sorted by date... so just scoll through pages until you get to start of right group. Not the same as what OP is asking for, but it works.
