Hey guys, what's up?

So I'm a relatively begginner at poker, aspiring to make a living from it. I've been playing for as long as a year right now, I play mostly $1~$2 tourments and sit n go's and since I started I'm being lucrative with poker, but lately I'm a very tough moment, not sure if it's emotional, tecnical or both at the same time but, I'm just not winning (that means my bank roll doesn't goes up) for around 2 to 3 weeks. A lot of wierd thoughts are going through my mind, it feels like I don't know how to win anymore, sometimes I'll play too tight, it started to hurt even more when I bubble...
I would like to know if any of you already went through some situation like this, and how u manage to deal with it.

I think very difficult question and the answer can be lifechanging one. In the past when I had downswings, how I got through them,
1) first downswing I got very motivated to learn and play even more and did that
2) second downswing I hired a private coach for $80/hr for two hours I think

This worked and after that I haven't had real downswings anymore... I think one way to get out of it is to increase winrate alot, so that the variance is lower. The other way is the psychological, mental, emotional and spiritual aspect, such as meditation, so that they affect you less bad when they happen. There is whole bunch of materials on both subjects, I hope you will find your way :f_thumbsup:
