Hey guys, just wondering why NJ players aren't in the same pool as the rest of the world? Is this a temporary thing? Anyone have any idea if they'll merge once/if more states come along? Was quite excited for a surge of new people in the player pools :P Probably a stupid question but I was googling it and couldn't find anything definitive on this.

Hey SeacombeSwag,

As New Jersey only has the power to regulate online poker in it's own area, only players physically located in NJ can play. The laws would need to change federally in particular, The UIGEA and the Wire Act to allow international players to participate.

Regards

Laz
