Hello all,
I'm still struggling in the blinds (NL10 - 6-MAX) and I can't really find articles here about blind defense and blind battles.
Has someone a good reference to an article or book so I can study the theory behind it?

I don't know, but something specific? Playing BB defense oop, or SB/BB BvsB, or SB 3betting oop?
Very generally I think:
- tend to fold your BB oop, and aim for stealing other players' blinds instead from CO, BTN and SB.
- Open a ton from the SB again because BB folds a lot, but realize the bulk of your equity was preflop, so take a step back postflop. (you can look at your preflop foldequity here in pokertracker or whatever to convince yourself)
- You can play back at SB opens with 3betting or floating. Since you play normal tables, you should be able to get a better read on your opponents, so this is easier and more applicable there than at fastfold tables.
- 3betting from SB is kind of opponent-position and opponent dependent.
Not many replies yet ... you should post it in the No Limit or Learning To Win section of the forum, maybe you'll get more replies (and be more specific about what you are having trouble with)
I'm not playing to much NLHE cash game, but this video's could be interesting:

For blind defense and blind battles, I'd recommend checking out "The Grinder’s Manual" by Peter Clarke. It’s got a solid section on this. Also, the Upswing Poker Lab has some great articles and videos.
I had the same struggle with blinds a while back. I found "The Theory of Poker" by David Sklansky really helpful—it's got some solid insights on these spots. Also, try checking out some strategy articles on Upswing Poker or Run It Once. They’ve got some great tips that helped me improve my blind play.
This is discussed in the 2024 beginners guide: https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?postid=3487083 and I think it's also in the latest video https://www.pokerstrategy.com/video/54319/ where moving up from NL5 to NL10 is talked about.
I'd recommend starting with the NL5 steal and defend ranges mentioned in the strategy, and from there adjusting for NL10.
