Rush: easier to put in volume, no tableselection

Regular tables: more fish, easier to get solid reads + stats on ppl.

All you lose is the table dynamics. You're HUD and notes still give you reads. 3 tables = 800 hands/hour at SH NL10. Think of all the experience you get, and how fast you get it.

Well, in my opinion:

Rush (+):
- Ability to put in sick volume;
- No problems with over-aggressive idiots to your left, who keep reraising you every time you don't have QQ+, and folding when you do;
- Lots of space to improve as you face the whole different situation with different players every hand;
- Less chances to get exploited yourself by really good players;
- Less chances to tilt because of cold deck as hitting "quick fold" button lets you to see the next hand superfast.

Rush (-):
- Much harder to exploit fishes as the players and their positions changes every hand;
- Players have tighter ranges what obviously makes them harder to play with;
- As someone already mentioned, it's not a true poker, and is possible only online.
