Hello, When you think is the best time for playing them(CEntral europen time).Evening and night:7-8pm to 5-6am or early mornings to noon?

Good question. In the evening are the most players online. I expect most fishy players are playing in the evening as well.

Yeah, but may be in the early morning also have more fun player(from Canada for example).

To answer you question though, no time is really better than any other (at least I don't find any "best" time).
You're right, though in that at different times, you get a different group, and some countries have tendencies.
If you learn those tendencies, you may do better.

Thanks, I dont want to offend Canada, just find out, that they are a bit more gamblers. 
But anyways, i figure out that night time (Europeant night time) is somewhat better and what to hear others opinions
