I have transferred my taf balance to coin poker but they will not process the withdrawal for free as described here at poker strategy.
Fees are decided by the withdrawal platform you choose and you can only withdraw to a crypto wallet, so if you do not have one like me you will have to make one via binance or coinbase.
I will also have to wait 30 days for a deposit bonus period to lapse.
Any ideas please?

Due to international anti-money-laundering rules, it is not usually possible to deposit then withdraw within a short period of time.
Usually, but not always, it is necessary to wager a certain amount before a deposit can be withdrawn.
You really have little choice but to follow their instructions.
