I recently cashed in through muchbetter. Now I see that they are removed from GG cash in/cash out. Any idea why?

That is disappointing. I really like muchbetter, 'cuz, well, it's much better.

I just checked my gg cashier, and muchbetter is indeed gone for me, both deposit and withdrawal.

I think that your question is one that could be better answered by muchbetter customer service or by ggpoker themselves.

My best guess, though, is that somebody thought that they weren't getting sufficient commission or sufficient volume to make it worthwhile.

If you do find out, please let us know

PS: it might be a country thing

I also hoped they are a better solution to paypal...
Initally I think I cashed in with them for $20 which showed up fine in GG.
Now I actually deleted my muchbetter account because I had the feeling they are bs-ing me.
I had $25 left there and transferred them to my bitcoin.com wallet since GG was no more working. Was $21.34 at the end with their cost which was fine for me.
Problem was that in my bitcoin.com wallet only BTC in the value of about 10% of that amount arrived.
Muchbetter told me that maybe the other side took some fee for currency exchange which bitcoin.com denied. Bitcoin.com confirmed that they only got that 10% amount of BTC of what was initially sent with that transaction ID.
Maybe in the recent past something similar happened to people cashin in to GG.

That's disappointing. I've only ever had great service from them. Perhaps if you ask for a detailed breakdown of fees and charges — and do the same with your bitcoin wallet.

After a few similar disappearances from bitcoin wallets, I've abandoned cryptocurrency altogether. Unlike banks, crypto wallets face no government scrutiny or regulation, and they can bloody well do whatever they want. Not where I want to keep my money — not even my bankroll, and certainly not my savings,.
