Hi there, I play on gg now for nearly two weeks. My first points arrived immediately one day after I started playing there. From that day I didn't get any points, but I still earned there about 1500 points for fish buffet, so I paid rake a lot, I tkink. When can I receive my strategy points? Thanks for help. It is common for there to be lapses in strategy points.
If you're concerned, I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.

Hi. I will borrow this topic :).
I opened my account via pokerstrategy on GGpoker about 10days ago. I asked service on gg poker and they confirmed that my account is affiliated with pokerstrategy. Can you please check so i can start collecting strategy points?..
