withdrawel fee

So apparently GG Poker introduced a withdrawel fee...

I had a $$$ account, but since I live in The Netherlands, there are new regulations from our government that requires you to have a euro account, so GGPoker turned my $$$ account into an €€€ account this week.
When I wanted to make a withdrawel today I noticed the they have introduced a withdrawel fee while there is no change in valuta.

The transaction fee is very unjustified and very undesirable

Check with their support if you haven't done so already.
I just checked on the GGPoker client, and did not see a fee — however I did not attempt to complete the transaction.

It is possible that the fee relates to the withdrawal method.

Best of luck :gl:,

Hi Timmaywin,

I am sorry to hear that. In my understanding GGPoker is taking those steps to be up to date with the regulatory requirements in Netherlands.
I am not aware of this happening outside of Netherlands, but my guess is that it was unavoidable for GG to have them.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I guess the main currency for GG Poker is $USD, which makes the transaction fee obligatory when having an account with a different currency.
