No. 1)

I've had only called, too. mp3 seems to got his flush on the turn and just call it to get more bets on the river.

No. 2)

bet Turn, SB 3-bets preflop with a lot of Hands, e.g. pocket-pairs, highsuited aces etc. against a raise you should probably fold.
If he call's the turn, I'd c/c the river.


against unknown i call this too. Because it is the typical Fish move to wait to the river with a raise. And to put him on Pocket fours is more unlikely.
