No reads on the villain, other than that he limped almost every hand on the table. After some time my stats showed him as a 65/9 player.

Not too sure about my line, because on the turn there are really only three combo's that beat me, QQ, Q8 and Q5. I believe he would play Qx very aggressively here, together with A8, K8, perhaps even J8. 77+ are in his range too. Should I 4bet turn and try to stick as much in as possible?

yes i would 4-bet the turn. a single Q is way more likely than any hand that has you beat imo

And what about riverplay? Is it also jam pot?

you have to cap the turn and on the river you have to raise again. most of the times he does just have Qx for trips but not a better fullhouse. jam jam jam! =)
