I guess this is just the same situation like your A8o hand, you should not fold a top pair here, you will be ahead more times than not, so IMO this is also easy calldown.

You're afraid of a card which, while scary, isn't the entirety of your opponent's range by any stretch. If you fold hands this strong in LHE you're going to have a very rough time of it because you're just folding too much of your range to be mathematically profitable
You even have a BDFD to outdraw better Jacks with no
