Not reall, you shouldn't 3bet a4o vs random villian probably. However, if you can play succesfully that LAG, you should consider checking this flop because it hits your villian's range havily, he basically folds only smal pps from his range. River is also a fold imo.

Yeah, you should be careful with hands like this if you have no reads on villain. Re-stealing from the SB might be worth a try, and I guess you could also justify the bluff c-bet on the flop, though I would advice against it, since the board is quite drawy and your opponent is likely to have hit it.
After that, you should definitely give up the hand. River is a clear fold, all you can beat is pure bluffs.

Still, I wouldn't advice calling that river. Kx is definitely within villain's range, and the betsize is a little to high to call hoping for a split pot imo.

depending on where you play people fold too much to 3bets as a general population read, so 3betting with Ax blocker is fine. easy c/f after you get called, specially on such a board ofc
