Hand 1. Is shoving AK pre-flop +EV or good play here?

SB: $3.72 (186 bb)
BB: $1.23 (62 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is UTG with J J

The SB re-raiser was a maniac who was 3-betting a ton, playing in a crazy manner. I called him down one hand when he triple barrel bluffed me and he had 98o which was air I believe. what about the other players range maybe he was also adjusting to the maniac and just getting it in with a decent hand ? do we fold here ?

I consulted my admittedly old starting hands chart.

The "3Bet Split" colour is supposed to mean "call a 4Bet with half your combos and 5Bet with the rest"
I use it to mean "re-raise vs loose players, flat vs normal players, and get the hell outta here vs nits"
(well, except for AA and KK of course)

Here SB is a maniac and BB is a short stack.
Me? I jam here.

I would like to hear the correct play.

btw, it is easier for members to reply if there is one hand per post in the Hand discussion forum.

Hand 1 - AK EP vs BU
-Equilibrium Ranges play mixed strategy with AK mostly 5bet jamming because its a hand that benefit from fold equity.
-Against micro population if we assume that they underbluff 4bet in general, i believe we should mostly call the 4bet and play from there.

Hand 2 - JJ EP OR vs SB3b/ BB Cold4

-Monker solver ranges probably fold this hand if opponent play equilibrium ranges.
-If SB is really spazzing a lot and over3betting a lot and BB is a monkey i would probably call, but its not a super +EV call i believe, its close to 0 EV.

For these preflop spots you mentioned you can make an account on gto wizard website and use their free preflop gto ranges from NL50 (high rake environment), all the preflop ranges are free to use, and the ranges are better than 99,5% ranges you see on internet.
