Hi guys, actually a pretty basic hand but I'd like to question if we want to go for max value here or not.

Hero (SB): $5 (100 bb)
BB: $19.30 (386 bb)
UTG: $5.25 (105 bb)
MP: $4.22 (84.4 bb)
CO: $5.13 (102.6 bb)
BTN: $5.50 (110 bb)
Preflop: Hero is SB with Q♣: A♥:
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.12, Hero raises to $0.45, BB folds, BTN calls $0.33
Standard 3bet Preflop
Flop: ($0.95) 6♥: Q♦: 9♠: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.35, BTN calls $0.35
I'm pretty sure we have the best hand and I want to keep villain in the pot, I therefore bet small
Turn: ($1.65) 5♣: (2 players)
Hero bets $1.05, BTN calls $1.05
Looks like a blank to me and as Villain called the Flop I go big here to get more value
River: ($3.75) 2♥: (2 players)
Hero bets $3.15 and is all-in,
As villain called again also a big bet OTT, I'm wondering if I might be beat. Villain could have slowplayed KK or AA, maybe 99, 66 or 55, I don't see any straights or 2pair actually. I'm wondering if we want to check/call here to bluffcath maybe missed straights or just go big for value? should we consider being beat and maybe even find a fold?!
Spoiler
BTN calls $3.15

Final Board: 6♥: Q♦: 9♠: 5♣: 2♥:
